One pass includes access to the programs scheduled at Tokyo International Forum and Marunouchi Building Hall from September 12 to 15. Some pay-programs such as lunch meetings and "TPAM fringe" performances are exempt.

Early Bird: 45,000 JPY (Until July 20)
Normal: 50,000 JPY (Deadline: August 10)
This includes one stand with equipment (listed below) and five Exhibitor Passes for visiting all programs scheduled at Tokyo International Forum and Marunouchi Building Hall from September 12 to 15. Some pay-programs such as lunch meetings and "TPAM fringe" performances are exempt.
Please note that the booths are limited to 70. Registration will be closed immediately after reaching capacity.
Items inclusive with registration:
One stand (W1800mm X D900mm X H2100mm) with one table (W1800mm X D600mm X H700mm) and two steel chairs.
Items NOT included in the registration which may be hired:
- NTSC system video set (One 21 inch video monitor, one VHS-NTSC video deck, one video rack and power supply): 60,000 JPY.
- Multi system video set (One 21 inch video monitor, one VHS-NTSC / PAL / SECAM video deck, one video rack and power supply): 75,000 JPY.
- DVD set (One 21 inch video monitor, one DVD deck [Regional Code: 2], one DVD rack and power supply): 63,000 JPY.
- One video rack (W800mm X D614mm X H1221mm): 6,000 JPY.
- 10A / 100V power supply (Two outlets for the plug with two flat parallel prongs [Type A]. Video set not included.): 5,000 JPY.
- One additional steel chair: 650 JPY /each.
* Use of loudspeakers of any kind (included PC) is prohibited in the Booth Area. If necessary, please bring headphones.
* Booth setting and dismantling schedule and other necessary information will be sent to each exhibitor individually.

Special rates are being offered to the participants if you reserve with TPAM registration. Regular rates may be applied for on-site payment at the hotel for room charges.

The rates listed are per person / per night and include a 10% service charge, consumption tax and hotel tax.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellation, written notification should be sent to NIPPON TRAVEL AGENCY by e-mail or fax (+81-3-3572-8768).
The following cancellation fees will be applied.
･ Up to 8 days prior to the first night's stay: 2,000 JPY.
･ 2 to 7 days prior to the first night's stay: 20% of the first night / Per person (Minimum: 2,000 JPY).
･ 1 day prior to the first night's stay: 50% of the first night / Per person (Minimum: 5,000 JPY)
･ On the day of the first night's stay or if the customer does not arrive: 100% of the first night / Per person.

After you registered, please download and fill out the Hotel Reservation & Payment Form.

All payment must be made in Yen. Please fill in your credit card information on the Hotel Reservation & Payment Form .

We accept: Visa, Master, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club. Credit card payment for the total amount due will be deducted in full by NIPPON TRAVEL AGENCY prior to the check-in date.
