HAIKARA
©HAIKARA
Fukami, in year 2001, established the group HAIKARA. The group consists of five women. The main concept of the group is, beauty emitted by absurd container called "woman", and playing a rose-colored Eros and surreal entertainment with bitterness with classical "beauty". Contrasting the body, the history, the taste of each member, emerging "beauty" is an Eros, and an Eros is a love, a lust, an impulse to live, and the source of our dance.

Kakuya Ohashi and Dancers
©GO
Kakuya Ohashi and Dancers Founded by Kakuya Ohashi, a choreographer and dancer . Through activities, they are pursuing the problem, "What is dance?". Kakuya Ohashi holds a unique position in the Japanese contemporary dance scene. His works completely exclude any elements of “dance”, and stick to the fact that the body exists here and now. What we see from this is suppressed impulses, irresistible violence and hopeless communication gaps between the genders, all hidden under the surface of “daily life”.

Sato Endo is a dance artist based in the Netherlands. Her first work Distance between M and D was produced at P.A.R.T.S, Brussels. In 2005 she finished DasArts (Amsterdam), the post-graduate school for advanced research in performance art. Her work originates from a personal view on the complex nature of our perceptions. This month she leads the workshop Birth of movement in Tokyo.

Playground of the sun
We are performers, artist and magician. We create a fusion of theatrical performance and spiritual energy to make the chthonic utopia a reality by the theatrical performance. The utopia is the society that respects the individuality of every person and has the field of expressing themselves beyond national borders and religions. The people connect with each other by heart in the world. We are busy with daily duties. When you enter the theater, please put the age and work behind you. The play ground of the sun provides the atmosphere of being a child again. Then you will find out that the utopia is in yourself.
